These Terms apply to your use of aiaether-likeness.com and its related features (the Service), operated by AIAether Likeness Technologies LLP (AIAether, we, us). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund or cancel a purchase.

1. What the Service does

You can create an AI digital twin from a photo and use available chat, video call, and family group features. A twin is an AI-generated simulation. Its speech and responses may be inaccurate, invented, or inconsistent and may differ from what the person depicted would say. The Service is for personal use and is unsuitable for emergencies, professional advice, or decisions that affect someone’s safety or legal rights.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Features and checkout availability may vary by location, provider, or device.

3. Permission to use photos and voices

• Use media you own or are authorized to use for creating and operating an AI twin. Copyright permission and permission to use someone’s likeness or voice may be separate.
• Get the living person’s explicit permission before creating a twin of them. Our service prohibits creating twins of public figures or celebrities. For a deceased person, obtain any required permission from the relevant rights holder or authorized representative and respect applicable local rights.
• Get permission before sharing a twin or someone else’s material in a group. Make clear to recipients that generated likenesses, audio, and responses are AI simulations.
• Contact support if you believe someone used your likeness, voice, or work without permission. We may restrict access while we investigate.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, non-consensual intimate content, child exploitation, or any unlawful purpose. Do not bypass security, payment, or usage controls, obtain other users’ data without authorization, disrupt the Service, or resell access without our permission.

5. AI interactions and memory

The Service processes prompts and, where supported, speech from calls to generate replies. Chat and call-derived text may be saved and used as conversation memory. Group participants can receive the content you share with them. See our Privacy Policy for details. Get everyone’s permission before independently recording or distributing a call.

6. Talk time and payments

Talk-time packs are one-time purchases. The pack size, price, currency, and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Calls consume minutes from your wallet, and group calls use minutes for each participant as indicated in the app. Talk time is for use in the Service.

For purchases through Dodo Payments, Dodo is the merchant of record and handles the checkout, payment receipt, and payment refunds. AIAether provides the app, adds verified purchases to your wallet, and handles product support. Dodo’s buyer terms are available at checkout. 7. Your content and our software

You keep the rights you hold in the content you upload. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide, secure, and support the features you use. This includes use by providers supporting those features and display to group members you choose. Our software, branding, and design belong to us or our licensors.

8. Availability, account closure, and limits

The Service depends on your connection and on hosting, AI, communications, and payment providers. We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security risks, or a legal requirement. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion through Settings or by contacting support. Account closure and data retention are explained in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and give no guarantee about the accuracy of AI output or uninterrupted availability. This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot be limited, or any other liability, guarantee, or remedy protected by law.

9. Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these Terms takes away mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, including rights concerning refunds, defective services, governing law, or access to a court or regulator. If there is a problem, you can contact us for help. You may also use any court or dispute resolution body available under applicable law.
